Logicloud Tracking Application is an app made for the transportation industry brought to you by WebXpress.
The app helps give customers visibility on their shipments which various logistics service providers across the states are carrying.The app works based on the customer code generated in Logicloud and the shipment details available in Logicloud.
The status of the shipments gets auto-updated and showcases order details like the consignor, consignee, origin, destination, origin pin code, destination pin code, transporter, expected delivery date, order details, invoice details, and others along with a shipment summary.
The shipment summary gives an overview of the shipment tracking history displaying the shipment milestones provided by the transporter.
When the shipment status shows as delivered, it also gives the customer the visibility to check the proof of delivery uploaded by the transporter.
The app has a filter option that provides filtration based on the order number, docket number, date range – today and yesterday, statuses – all, booked, in transit, out for delivery, delivered.
